Dairy farmers are weighing up their options, after processors released their opening milk prices for the 2023-2024 seasons.

Norco and Saputo have set slightly higher prices for the most part.

While Fonterra opted to slash prices by almost 10%.

Most other processors are offering prices between $8.80 and $9.60.

Rural editor Sophie Clarke caught up with New South Wales Farmers Dairy Committee vice chairman Malcolm Holm to hear what this could mean for industry.
