Good news to farmers who supply milk to Karimnagar Dairy. The dairy management has decided to hike the milk procurement price by Rs 2 per litre in addition to Rs 1 per litre incentive along with the Rs 4 incentive per litre paid by the State Government.
Besides, the dairy farms (bulk suppliers, who would supply more than 50 litres to dairy) would also get an incentive ranging from Rs 1 to Rs 4 per litre depending upon the quantum of milk supplied to the Karimnagar dairy.

For cow milk, the farmers would get Rs 257 per kg (total solids) against old rate of Rs 245 per kg total solids plus an incentive of Rs 1 per litre.
