Dairy | Converted beef farm wins Dairy Business of the Year in Tasmania

Clear Springs Dairy at Meander has taken out the 2019 Dairy Business of the Year.

The property was converted from a beef farm three years ago.
In that time, managers Tim and Fiona Salter have lifted their harvested pasture by almost 2 tonnes per hectare.
The pair spoke to Laurissa Smith about the importance of a strong management team.
