Lawsuit filed about deceptive milk claims on Snack Pack

Consumers filed a federal class action lawsuit in New York last week accusing Conagra Brands of deceptively labeling its Chocolate Fudge Snack Pack pudding cups as “Made with Real Milk.” The pudding cups are made with nonfat milk, which provides a different sensory experience. And, since the product doesn’t contain whole milk, it also has less vitamin A, protein and calcium than it would if it had whole milk, the lawsuit states.
